Hi all, I'd like some help with Danielle Dax - after seeing the ultra cool pic Dean's using at the moment, I did a tiny bit of research and she sounds interesting indeed.
Particularly interested in any releases where the sax is prominent, but overall, just your opinions on which albums would be her best and if I should approach them in any particular order? Thanks! |

Ash, book I have suggests Pop Eyes as a starting point, followed by the more "band oriented" Jesus Egg and BBC.

^ Excellent, thanks Jim - I will probably end up starting with 'Pop Eyes' but also, perhaps I ought to check out her work with Lemon Kittens too

Hi guys. Just wanted to let you all now Ms Dax is doing very well these days with her art; she is currently doing a degree in fine art at the Chelsea School of Art. And she still looks FANTASTIC. If you'd like to see recent pics of her, and other rarities, please feel free to join my Dax tribute group on facebook (I often speak to Karl Blake, too). What's up with the Pop Eyes cover? It looks like something that should be plastered on a Carcass album.
