Thought I would start an appreciation thread for singer Elke Schlimbach.

She started out in the seventies as background singer Elke Koellen, and is a surviving sister of the late prog musician-singer-songwriter Helmut Koellen.
She sang some background vocals for Triumvirat, appearing as such on their video from 1978 called "The Hymn" Also did some background vocals for her brother Helmut Koellen's solo album "You Won't See Me" in 1977.
I heard she also worked with Boney M at one point.
        She married musician Charly Schlimbach.
             She has married again.
Mrs. Schlimbach has also worked with German singer Tommy Engel, including live performances, some of which are on Youtube, which also include Jurgen Fritz
At one point, she was involved as an actress and singer for a German musical based on the story of Robin Hood.
She has also formed her own group, and has finally  done some lead vocals, and there is a bit on Youtube to that effect.
This is pretty well what I know of her. I would love to hear some remarks from other fans of hers.
