Yeah, I'll go with Cazuela de Condor as well. As sagichim stated before me, they are definitely one of the most pleasant surprises this far.
Nevertheless, I'd still like to recommend Factor Burzaco. I own their self titled album and it's great. Maybe the samples don't do justice to the band. Give them a listen. You won't regret it.

Love both. These would be two of my favourites in the contest thus far, but this is still a terribly easy choice. Cazuela de Condor is far too awesome not to get my vote.
