Can a Finnish 2012 band be included in a category like Krautrock? If so, this one could be a good addition:

They started out as a rather trendy indie rock band, but apparently after two albums they got bored of that. I knew their reputation an up and coming indie favourite, so I was completely bowled over when I saw them open for Dungen and instead of some catchy tunes they came out and had these brilliant space jams that lasted forever. This album continues in that direction.
