Topic: Yes Classic Survivor: Semi-Finals (B) Final Round Posted: June 15 2012 at 19:44 |

| Well, I do like Roundabout better than Heart of the Sunrise. From the big Yes songs, Heart of the Sunrise is among the ones I like the least... even though I do like it. I find it hard to explain it, but it changes dinamics too much, and at the same time it's too repetitive, and that kind of puts me off... I like the live version from ABWH much more though... some very minor changes in the way it's played, and much more passion, specially on the Anderson department (and Bruford was on fire).

Come on, yesterday I was upset because Roundabout was losing... but now it's even worse with Awaken almost catching up. If I had to choose my very favourite Yes song... well, that would be almost impossible to do, but Awaken would be one of the songs to come to my mind (specially the live version on Keys to Ascension). Had I known Awaken would start picking so many votes, I would very reluctantly have voted for Roundabout instead of Heart of the Sunrise.

Yeah, I can't let that happen. Voting for Roundabout.

It was a lot further away from Roundabout when I voted for Awaken. However, I stand my ground on that choice. It truly is my least favorite from these choices. Fantastic song, though. It hurt me to vote for it.

Come on, Roundabout? I choose Heart of the Sunrise easily... well, as a matter of fact, it's not strange at all that Roundabout gets so many votes, all of the songs left are Yes classics.
