Bruce Gilbert is probably best known for being the guitarist of the punk band Wire, but he also has done a number of solo albums, namely being in the territory of experimental ambient/drone and electro.

Serene dolphin song. No wave electronics. Pop sensibilities with a groove. Laundromat swirls. Pulse and heartbeats. Kling klang. Backwards singing in the shower. Something that sounds like an electric shaver on steroids.
