^ Besides "pinch", as you've mentioned, which could mean "ouch, that hurts (mentally or physically)" (which is actually what we have this emoticon Ouch for), ... in the context where I've used it I meant "cyst? yuck!" Can't think of and don't know any other reasonable uses.
