I agree with Keishiro, thats why none of Tony Conrad's solo stuff is here (I think...), but the use of drums (something lacking in Tony Conrad's solo and most other 'true' minimal electronics) warrant a place here, and it is highly influenced by 'Outside the Dream Syndicate'. I have no say in Krautrock though, it's Philippe's call.

I saw him live in Paris (well, in fact, in Montreuil), but I thought he was rather involved in the free improvisation genre.
