I pick "Discipline" because "The Sheltering Sky" is one of my favorite Prog Epics of the 80's.

^ Glad to see another "Sheltering Sky" lover ... but ... it's an epic?

This is a no-brainer for me. I have been through all the Roxy catalogue, only hung on to the first 2 with Eno and Manifesto. Avalon, though very nicely done, doesn't compare to Discipline. And, yes, The Sheltering Sky is a knock-out !!!

I like "Take a Chance With Me" but that's the only song I've heard from "Avalon" that I liked.
"More Than This" and "Avalon" were too Pop for my tastes.

Going for the lovely `Avalon', a beautiful, luxurious and tasteful way for Roxy to wrap up. Have to say `Discipline' is one of the Crimson albums I've barely listened to. Not because I don't like it or anything, but I've just had plenty of other Crimson albums taking up my time!

Discipline easy. Later Roxy is garbage to me. Just slick and smooth and horrible. Last good Roxy album? Probably Country Life.

A friend of mine told me about the concert KC and Roxy in Frejus (France) during the summer 1977 or 78. He was there to see Roxy but only remembers of the King Crimson show. Complete mind blowing.
