Musicians and life long friends Andy Kinch and Tim Lynk combine their talents from opposite sides of the planet to bring you "Kracked Earth", a new rock band for the internet age! Recorded mainly via the internet, the album "Splash" was recorded in the UK, Australia and the USA. 2012: KRACKED EARTH “SPLASH” (album): 1. Heaven's Gate (4:35) https://www.facebook.com/krackedearthband (follow the band here) http://www.reverbnation.com/krackedearth (4 songs, not much info) http://powerofprog.com/profile/KrackedEarth (4 songs, brief bio, and sources to download the album) http://melodicrevolutionrecords.com/album/splash (full album for streaming) http://www.krackedearth.com (band website with full info about all participants in the project) And three tubes, also featuring the work of the wonderful Ed Unitsky (some info here: http://www.krackedearth.com/8.html, and full info here: www.edunitsky.com): Some more vids featuring the recording of some of the tracks on the album can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/user/andykinch?feature=watch This next track was originally on the 1998 'Andy's Diner' album, which you can read more about here: http://www.hometheaterhifi.com/volume_5_3/popmusicpart8september98.html (scroll down the page) - this version features lead vocals by Kracked Earth front man Tim Lynk: This album gives us some wonderful melodic music...Just a shade of an AOR feel perhaps, but overall well worth a place on here I feel. Don't really see this fitting in Neo, a bit too light on the prog. I think Crossover might be its only chance.

Thanks Chris. Their music does lean rather heavily on the AOR side of things: http://progfreak.com/Kracked-Earth-155887.html?path=pa/recent.

And with two 'no' votes they're looking pretty well done-for! Never mind, Proggnosis list them: http://proggnosis.com/ARTIST_DETAIL.aspx?AID=11131, and I love the album personally....despite the strong AOR slant to it.
