Nothing on that list inspires me. Bit puzzled by the Eloy choice when the previous 3 albums (all made in he 80's) were much better.

On this list, I easily chose "Discipline"!  The energy that King Crimson had at that time was just unbelievable....Fripp and Belew brought the Roland synth guitar to the world in a way that the Japanese engineers hadn't foreseen (according to RF).

Also, Brand X had two excellent releases in the 1980's:

  • 1980 Do They Hurt? - US #204
  • 1982 Is There Anything About? UK #93[4]
