Great stuff, thanks! I'll pass this on to the Psych/Space team. The band has seemingly self-released the CD - if you're out there guys, how can it be purchased? (I'm reluctant to follow that ''risky'' link to the official site)

Ekos are a four-piece progressive rock band consisting of:
Ana Camelo / vocals, synthesisers and sequencers Jesús Torres / vocals and guitar Victor Juárez / bass Ricardo Castro / drums Brief bio from reverbnation (see link below): "We are a Mexican progressive rock band, began our history as a Pink Floyd tribute band, but from 2009 we started writing original material to express our own vision of music, in 2010 we consolidated our current lineup and started recording our first professional album "LUZ INTERNA" completely independently. We invite you to listen and give us your feedback!" Or if you prefer YouTube: And it's really rather good, I must say...! See also: https://www.facebook.com/EKOSmx And they have an official website too, but it's flagged by McAfee as 'risky', so I won't post the link here now. Edited by yam yam - April 30 2013 at 03:28 |

May I suggest the inclusion of mexican prog band Ekos in Progarchives? They started out as a Pink Floyd tribute band, but they have just released their first album with original compositions titled "Luz Interna". It has been very well accepted in the mexican prog community, even earning a review in a british prog magazine. Their album has already been sent to Europe and Japan and I think they'd fit in the Psychedelic/Space Prog sub genre very well. Greetings from Mexico!
