I'd say:-

Zombi - Spirit Animal
Radio Massacre International - Emissaries, Time & Motion
Steve Moore - Light Echoes
ARC - Church, Fracture
Ian

Yak would have been a good one for that list.

I'm loving the new Mount Kimbie record - Cold Spring Fault Less Youth. I'd highly suggest that, if you want something new and fresh. Very minimalistic, but not really in the traditional sense, just very relaxed and abstract. I think it has potential to be a modern classic.

I love Tangerine Dream but Force Majeure is in second-last place in my list of 70s TD albums (Cyclone is in last place).

My vote goes to Radio-Aktivität, my favourite Kraftwerk Album.

The vocals on Cyclone take some getting used to. I understand why you feel this way.

Have you heard LOGOS or HYPERBOREA? Amazing work by TD there. Highly recommend those 2. :)

Thank you for the information on here. There is an unknown group named Loop Guru and they are very psychedelic. I would not call it prog..

There is an independent band named Viima and they are out of Finland. I like them.

I am also independent.

I've got to go with Force Majeure. It's the only one I've heard of these and I haven't even heard the whole album.

Don't think I've mentioned ZOMBI's --Spirit Animal on this forum.

That is a keeper. Incredible soundscapes on that album.

"Bent Cold Sidewalk" is a killer song, though! Gotta mention White Eagle along with those other two...anything that has Johannes Schmoelling on it, really. He elevated the band in a way even Edgar Froese did not.

Bent Cold Sidewalk is by far, my favourite track off the Cyclone album.
Love the beginning and end sections of the song. :)

Tangerine Dream - Force Majeure
Although not strictly a pure "electronic" album... Force Majeure is one their rock-oriented releases.
