I think Pussyfooting could be put to good use in Hip Hop. Give it to RZA, let it bake for a week, and see what comes out at the other end. I'll bet it would be kick ass!

As you may already know, there are plenty of old people who are even more lame.

Please don't say this. | I'm sorry. I'm wrong to assume that my friends represent an entire generation. I was hoping they'd say something more along the lines of "oh cool you know the original song being sampled" rather than "this sucks"

I'm very curious as to what your source is that Fripp "actually LIKED the song"? Please provide a link if possible. Kanye must be a closet progger. He finally had the balls to use a quote from one of his treasured LP's ..........

Interesting that Fripp kinda liked it. I'll probably get a lot of hate for this but I do enjoy the full version of Power. It isn't anything special but it was a cool surprise to hear it come on. Its nice to think that a popular artist in such a different genre has some form of respect for the KING. Of course then I played 21st Schizoid Man for my friends immediately after and they made me turn it off. My generation is so lame...

But seriously, how DARES he desecrate the old untouchable classic gods OH MY GOD I can't believe he thinks he is "an artist". How can modern hip-hop even be good, especially Kanye West?!!! No to mention Fripp actually LIKED the song... What did he think? It's like betraying all that is prog, all we stand for, the good music, 20 minute songs, 6 minute keyboard solos, everything.. I'm so disappointed right now... I think I'm born in the wrong generation.
