Hey All, I just wanted to know what Era most fans like because I have spoken to many friends and fans alike about which Era of Rush's they like the most and results have varied. I would like to get your feedback Smile

Although their best IMO was Hemispheres, I think the 80s was more solid as a whole, so I went with that one.

I completely lost interest in Rush after 2112.

I went with the 80's.  The "Moving Pictures" - "Signals" - "Grace Under Pressure" trilogy is my fave Rush album string Wink

1977-1982 (A Farewell to Kings-Signals). I vote for the 80's, the easier because Presto is not included.

A classic band that actually peaked in the 80s rather than watered down.

I tend to listen to their 80's stuff the most. The 70's stuff is also great, but Geddy sounds like a chipmunk on helium a lot of the time!
A GREAT YEAR FOR PROG!!!

Farewell to Kings and Permanent Waves are simply too good to be left out .........Signals, etc are decent but not as strong imho. I actually like Snakes and Arrows and Clockwork Angels better than any of the ones before that going back to Grace and Hold.
