TFLASAWDWHRAPDTDSOTM vs Flaming Side of the Moon

In 2009, the amazing Flaming Lips collaborated with Stardeath and White Dwarfs, with the help of Henry Rollins and Peaches, to cover the entirety of The Dark Side of the Moon (entitled quite simply as The Flaming Lips and Stardeath and White Dwarfs With Henry Rollins and Peaches Doing The Dark Side of the Moon), and this year they also released The Flaming Side of the Moon, a companion record to DSotM. Both have gotten fairly mixed receptions. Which do you guys think is the better of the two?

I think their cover is pretty good, but nowhere near as good as the original. The companion album is totally obnoxious.
