The poll is simple Rihanna or Yes. Who's better?

You better you bet. An even more simple poll would have asked: Punch ProgMetaller2112 into paralysis, yes or no?

The fact that Rihanna and Yes are tied (only because I voted for Yes) on a prog rock site fills me with dread for the future of our civilization.
I can understand your anger at me, but what did the horse I rode in on ever do to you?

I'm surprised people are taking this seriously and are actually voting for Yes.

Rihanna might be bad, but at least she's perfectly good at it.

i have got nothing to say except... what...thE...f**k!!!!! besides, this ain't ProgMetaller2112's fault, that belongs to the guy/girl who requested this goddamn thread in the first place. another joke taken seriously i guess if that makes sense. and i don't care if Yes' lyrics make sense, isn't that a part of the prog spectrum? and hell, i can handle more than some stupid pop song that always talks about love, sex, or positive (AND negative) messages. i'd rather prog it up to make it much better if you know what i mean. and as of today, i turn 15 while Sir Paul turns 72 (yes, we have the same birthday). hell, HE writes better songs than today's pieces of sh*t, and he did this since the early 60's i mean sheesh!

Rihanna's lyrics excerpt:

"Cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake cake

(Yeah)
Uh baby I like it,
It's so excited."

Yes' lyrics: Read "Tales from Topographic Oceans"

Thus,

Rihanna > Yes

Yes never wrote lyrics that good so inevitiably Rihanna gets the vote..

LOL
Anderson's lyrics never made that much sense. I hope it was Steak and Kidney. Or even Chicken and Mushroom.

To be fair she didnt specify, but you know me I love a good pie!

Does that means she wants to be cut into pieces and eaten? That's taking the whole BDSM thing to a scary level. Too freaky for me.

I think she just wants someone to eat her...

I'll leave that hanging like a bad fart, although I suspect she just loves pie. Who doesn't? From pumpkin to steak and ale you can't beat a pie..

Just not in the bedroom. Crumbs etc...

Yep! How can you not vote for someone who estolls the virtues of 'cake' .  Better than anything Yes ever wrote?  Unless they wrote a song about sausage and chips any time?

I'm pretty sure PM2112 himself requested of himself this poll.
