Music Fans Q&A reaches Commitment phase

Music Fans is a proposal by StackExchange users for a Q&A site on (yes, you guessed it) music.

The site description:

Proposed Q&A site for music listening enthusiasts, music historians, and members of the music press corps to ask questions regarding (known) interpretations of songs, historical influences of bands, and the music industry (including production) in general

The site has been in the stage area for some time and has reached the Commitment phase, the last phase before effective launch. During this phase folk are asked to commit to the site; once at least 200 have committed the site goes live.
