Créé en 2007, Ô-liostére a mené plusieurs configurations musicales depuis ses débuts. Autour d'un projet de jazz alternatif à l'approche M-Base, ils ont développé un style propre en composant de manière collective et en concevant une manière originale d'écrire le rythme, qui les aide à concevoir des métriques peu communes.
