I would like to submit a 2014 release from Swedish band PINGVINORKESTERN called "Push." The style has been called psychedelic folk, pop-oriented post-modern chamber music with humoristic undertones, even Canterbury. Their music has been compared to and influenced by artists like Samla Mammas Manna, Caravan, Cos, early Genesis, PJ Harvey, King Crimson, Frank Zappa, Penguin Cafe Orchestra and others. 

I would suggest that the Crossover, Avant-RIO, Canterbury and Eclectic teams take a look at this excellent album of progressive music.

Listening to this one right now--very cool stuff and absolutely appropriate for PA. Eclectic seems a good fit to me, but it also skirts the most accessible edge of RIO/Avant.

This one seems to have fallen through the cracks. Probably a good idea to suggest a suitable sub-genre in the heading next time.

Yeah, X-over, Eclectic and RIO/Avant are all good options, I think. Forwarded to the Eclectic team for evaluation.
