Hello folks,

Finally decided to present my musical project to you and suggest it for ProgArchives addition.

LaoZi was created in 2006 in Tbilisi, Georgia by Sandro Tskitishvili (me), then aged 16. Because much of the material was already written, 2007 saw the project release three albums - "Flowers For Nina", "When The Meanings Alter...", "Floating Flame". Bit by bit, music grew more complex so 2008's "Saturnian Tides" extended to Berlin School and space rock territories. "V" followed in 2010 and classically influenced "Somewhere Up" in 2011. The most recent album, "Lunatica" was released in 2013.

Musically, LaoZi shows various influences and inspirations, from Klaus Schulze and Vangelis to mellow symphonic prog, but clear focus on melodies can be viewed as the signature of project's music.

Here's the link to the latest album, Lunatica:

... and here's Your Dream Is Here, Just Over A Light Year - a compilation of my favourite LaoZi pieces through times.

Hello Sandro. Sorry for the late reply, the p.e. team is a bit slow at the moment.

About your project I would say yes for addition. Somewhere Up and Saturnian Tides really grabbed me. Keep up the superb work!
