Could also potentially be psych/space, but post-rock is more prominent

These guys have been making waves over on RateYourMusic, bumping well up their charts into their top few albums of 2014, I think the longer, jam-oriented stuff on their latest album, Ujubasajuba, is definitely progressive, they have occasional odd time signatures, and all of their songs follow very loose structures.
