Sorry if this was proposed already...

I have an idea that may limit the number of spammers that like to come
to the site - start one topic to plug their band's website then leave.
We should have a minimum number of posts before a newb can start
his/her own topic. Nothing big - say 10 or 20 posts. 

No good?

	that would increase the ammount of spam, for they'll first submit 20 spamming messages about their favourite band in a semi-serious way, and then post their spam-thread. we will then maybe not recognise it as spam and respond more serious.
