Zgobečena Shagoma is a duo from Pula, Istra. The duo consistent of the multinstrumentalists Otokar Močibob and Oton Pržikus. In April 2015, they released a full-lenght album "1000Zašto, 1000Zato" ("1000Why, 1000Because").
i suggested Zgobačena Shagoma for PA RIO/Avant section due to strong influence of RIO movement.

No thanks, that's not going to work. There's nothing on their facebook or bandcamp pages. You are the one asking them to be added, the least you can do is provide the relevant information. It is not the responsibility of the teams to track down information on the bands. Until the requested information is provided we will not be reviewing this suggestion. Thank you for your understanding.

I think this situation could quite easily be resolved by a message to them on facebook. The facebook link given on the bandcamp page is obsolete, but there is a working one at https://www.facebook.com/Zgobe%C4%8Dena-Shagoma-1708654662694488/ which says that they typically respond to messages within 1 day. I've messaged them anyway, and we'll see what happens.

We are all volunteers here, and have our own issues to deal with. I am sorry, but it is in a band's interest to spread the word about their work. If they don't see fit to disseminate any information about themselves on the Internet, it's their problem, and I am definitely not going to drop them messages on FB or elsewhere. So, as Ian said, we will refrain from considering any suggestions where biographical info about a band/artist is not readily available.

Yes, I understand. It's a pity that Pjer couldn't have done a bit more research on his suggestion and obtained the necessary information from the band (if available) when Ian asked him to do so. I've asked this duo for the biographical info and photo via their facebook messaging facility anyway in this instance. Let's hope that Pjer will assume responsibility for such matters in future after this little exchange on here.

Reply received to my request for a biography on facebook:
"Zgobečena Shagoma is a duo project-band, consisting of 2 affirmated musicians from Pula (Croatia), who played in many bands from the area, playing different types of music, in the last 25-30 years. Their artist surnames change with each album, so on the first album, named “1000zašto 1000zato“, their names were Oton Pesnik and Otokar Revolucionar, and on the 2nd, named “Shagoma Bonamenat“, Oton Pržiklas and Otokar Močibob. The name Zgobečena Shagoma was given and this project-band was born in the late summer of the year 2013, when the 2 members have figured out that all that samples and video clips recorded by Otokar on his gsm could sound good if put into the music they will make. After the first track was done (“Milogled“, the only track with a non-spontaneous riff), everything was clear… Zgobečena Shagoma had to be born and cultivated/raised. All the samples used in their music are recorded by Oton, and except for some delay, reverb, or autopan effects, all the samples are 100% authentic, and mostly recorded just like they sound on the record … natural. Oton and Otokar make the ZSH music clips also … and you have noticed the focus to the nature, and animals even before the art and the humans. The nature is main inspiration, attraction and ambition of this duo like respecting and living in harmony with it. Zgobečena Shagoma's (Bended Matrix in the Istrian accent language) style of making music is 99% into spontaneousity. Each track starts with the drumming, followed by the bass played by Otokar (*), and then comes the guitars and the samples of Oton. Everything is done in the very moment. No rehearsals, but playing, recording or producing only, so almost everything involved into it is a proof of that very moment which has passed. That is why Zgobečena Shagoma does not play a regular live concert, but an audio-visual performance (mostly adapted for the theatres), where Otokar would perform a live audio and Oton live visual performance. Oton's pictures for the cd covers have been put together by Borut Skok, the smile-armed brother, the wind in the back, big helper, supporter, and a guru of the band. Otokar is also the producer of Zgobečena Shagoma, and the owner of the “das Shufitten“ studio in Pula, where this duo plays, records, and expresses their creativity through vastness of instruments, sounds, and possibilities. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ (*) – another Zgobečena shagoma ideology is sharing, so they are into calling lots of other musicians (friends) from the area, taking act in some drumming, singing, guitar or bass playing. The ones who have collaborated with them till now are Denis Vitulić-Vita (Preludium ,etc), singing the “Shtupidasti Blues“ on the first album and “Peniska“ on the second. Allen Batteria Topalli (Mighty Zazuum, etc) was drumming on the “Komoč Kapac“ track, Dekki Stereokiller (ViaLuce, etc) on “U Žgingo“ (from the second album), Mladen Bačić (DarkBusters, etc) playing the acoustic guitar on the track “Bljušti su Bljušti“. Maja and Meho on the Roland's groovebox mc505, and Marko Jovanović on trumpet and flute also appeared in few tracks… ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Be prepared for the new audio-visual surprises, and thank you for for supporting this project by buying the cd's, trax on bandcamp, or helping with any kind of promotion . Respect the nature, the music… ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You should be able to create something usable from that if the band is approved.

Still need a band photo and a line up with instruments. Feel free to provide these. Then we'll review the band.

Is there something funny about the processes of us evaluating bands? We have been using this process for years now, which is something you and your 'friend' Svetonio should be well aware of. If you would indeed like us to evaluate the slew of bands that you propose, please at least put in a small amount of effort as to not make our jobs miserable. I am not opposed to removing your access to this subforum like I did for the Svetonio account if you refuse to help at all with the bands that you suggest.
