Ok. I respect the "jury" but it feels a little strange that bands like Triumph and Budgie are considered prog...

^ both are under "prog-related" aka not considered prog Wink

If you feel that Freak Kitchen may qualify under prog-related then you will need to find a Special Collaborator as a sponsor that would be happy to suggest them to the Admins. Personally I don't see that FK had any massive influence on prog rock so chances may be slim. I may be wrong though.

Is their 2014 album any proggier than their previous releases that would merit re-evaluation?
