Yeah, now that I saw what the set includes I really want it... but I don't think I'll be able to afford it... or at least I wouldn't choose to afford it. Still, I may get it by part on their individual releases, though I may not be able to get the bonus "book", I think I can do without it. Also, I may not be getting the las 2 or 3 "books", I think those ones were less interesting, but I will have to check them out with more care to make up my mind.

I'm excited by The Man & The Journey finally getting released; finally getting quality live versions of Cymbaline and Embryo is exciting also.

The first set, with the 1965 recordings will surely be very interesting (I do know Lucy Leave and I'm a King Bee, and rather enjoy both songs).

The second set seems mostly interesting because of the video concert parts. The third one with the More outtakes and the Man and the Journey seems rather interesting too. Indeed I want a good live version of Cymbaline, and I would hope this one to be it. I also want a good live version of The Narrow Way 3, but the version here seems to be a bit short, so I would expct the final guitar solo to be shortened. The fourth one seems to have several concert videos that I would want to have, though I'm not sure how much good could come out of the Zabriskie Point outtakes. I'm not sure the rest of the sets would have enough new material to have me interested in getting them.

I crossed out what uninteresting (to moi, of course), so that's a fair bit of things less that I would need
But you'd think they'd have concentrated the BBC sessions ona few discs instead of spreading them out all over the place.

Definitely not sure I'll be a client.

It looks like a fantastic set, but since I am not a big fan of Syd Barrett, am not so much of an audiophile that I need various mixings of the same material, and am not wealthy enough to fork over $700 in one go, I can pass on this with impunity and without compunction.  The live releases are of interest though, and future singular releases might be worth it for me.

Waters & Gilmore tour?    LOL

$700.00 for a 9 CD+ box set of 'rarities'?  LOL
