Arcpelago (Brazilian symph prog or eclectic prog)

Uwe (Rivertree) added the band to progfreak a couple of months ago - he must have dropped a note in one or other of the team threads in the collab zone - and you have the power to go and investigate as a 4-star Prog Reviewer. 

You don't need to be logged in to progfreak to use it unless you want to add content to the site yourself. Anyone can just browse the site as a guest, and look at all the progarchives voting charts that are kept there (only around half the sub genre teams use the site for tracking their evaluations anyway) - but if you want to create an account just go to http://progfreak.com/Register-50709.html. Note: - You won't be able to use the underscore in ozzy_tom on the progfreak site - you'd need to truncate it to just ozzytom, or else choose a different username.
