Oh, and, I don't believe in astral travelling. It's all in the mind.

Same for me. But i've tried many times to do it consciously.
The two main problems are:

-To reach inner silent in order to reach the separation step.

-The fear of unknown at the moment the astral body separate fom the physical body (the crucial moment).

Nah, I tryed some time ago, and I wasn't able to do it. So I realized that it is bullsh*t, some hallucination we have sometimes. I'd rather get drunk and see what happens...
