   Negativeland is an avant garde plunderphonics band formed in San Francisco in the late 70s by Mark Holser. the band is active to this day and has had consent changing members.

	Negativland (without the e) are progressive in the literal sense, but don't have the "prog" factor to warrant being admitted here.
