Systematic Chaos is maybe not as consistent as Train of Thought, but it has higher highs (and lower lows). I would rank it above Octavarium (I only really enjoyed Sacrificed Sons and the title track on that), and every single album that was released after it, even Black Clouds...

I like Octavarium more than both Systematic Chaos and Black Clouds... , but not Train Of Thought which is my favorite post 2000 DT album.

I like Octavarium more than both Systematic Chaos and Black Clouds... , and about on a par with Train Of Thought  Smile
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

I would like to hear that Future Kings of England album in full at some time. Not a strong year for me either in terms of quantity at least that I know. The only album I have heard here in full is the Rush when it came out, and I was not big on it.

In PA, a few I like are:
William D. Drake - Briny Hooves (love this album)
Radiohead - In Rainbows
Alamaailman Vasarat - Maahan
Far Corner - Endangered
Angels of Light - We Are Him
Setna - Cycle I
Robert Wyatt - Comicopera

And aa couple of ladies not in PA:
PJ Harvey - White Chalk
St. Vincent - Marry Me
