     Hi !

I recently listened to the MP3 track of this Swedish band and  I think that IB make quite good music

but they seem to be overlooked, Mind Vol. 1.has  only 11 entries , but most of them positive.

What do  you think of Isildurs Bane?

I like them. Not top class, but good. There have been some threads before, here's the longest one I've found:

Thanks, I probably wrote the band's name incorrectly, because  I found no threads on them.

No, the name is right, the former thread was mispelled as "IsUldur's Bane"... I had to search with "Bane" alone.

I think I'm going to listen to some album by them, now you've reminded me of them.

I only have their second to fifth albums, and I am most found of
the early ones. The title track of "Sagan om den irländska
älgen" sounds a little like Mike Oldfield, i think. "Sea
Reflections" is a bit jazzy, and "Eight Moments Of Eternity" a bit
more experimental. I think "Cheval" brings the dawning of the
new Isildur Bane sound with string orchestras and a more
classical approach. I haven't heard "Sagan Om Ringen", but I
think that I would like it. It's a planned buy for me.
I know the pieces fit cuz I watched them fall away.
