I haven't heard (but have heard of) In Cahoots and Delivery, but I absolutely love what I have from all of the rest of the artists/bands you have listed. Canterbury is my favorite sub-genre and is also the one that I know the most about.

My favorite band (Canterbury or not) is Soft Machine, Wyatt and post-Wyatt, I like, love, or am obsessed about each individual album I have (see the sig!!!).  But like I said, I am truly obsessed with
each Canterbury artist.

By the way, have you heard this:


A True Masterpiece, I advise all British fusion fans to get this now, if you don't already have it. All-star lineup (including Ian Carr) with some of the most brilliant jazz music ever!!!!

The most obscure one is "Xitintoday" by Nik Turner's Sphynx, featuring Tim Blake, Mike Howlett, Steve Hillage and Miquette Giraudy of Gong, + Morris Pert of Brand X on percussion and Harri Williamson of Mother Gong. And of course Nik Turner of Hawkwind on flutes, sax, oboe and muzma.

My favourites are Gong, Henry Cow, Hatfield and the North, and Soft Machine, but since I can only choose one, Gong.
