I often visit this site, and read forum discussions, but one thing makes me angry.
Many users are picking bottom text large images or even animations. Maybe not everyone knows that it slows opening site. Not everyone has got very fast connection. Maybe not everyone knows I think that images automaticaly write on every PC and slows it.
I think avatar and nick is enough to be recognized.

Most people are just plain thick when it comes to netiquette... and wouldn't even realise how slow these images can be on a limited bandwidth connection. Such is life.

Yeah the large pics get me pissed. Always having to scroll to see an entire post.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive

Not to mention that they're just plain BORING!Thumbs Down

How many times do you want to read the same Garfield cartoon, for instance?Dead

"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
He chortled in his joy.

or the same Joni Mitchell lyric....

I think most people have broadband these days, shouldnt the wishes of the majority be considered occasionally?

If I come across a very large picture I tend to resize it without asking the poster-I'm like that me.

I think you have an inferiority complex, Tony. I know about these things, I have a class right next to a psychology lecture room.

You never want other members to have bigger pictures than yours, so you resize them in order to feel normal.

Sometimes, you just need to let the members be!
