Progressive Female (poll)

... as for me, I fell in love with Mercedes because of her voice, her calmed and poetic conversation sounded just like the kind of music that comes from a little bird, calling me, making me go to the forest in order to get some grass and little pieces of everything to build a nest. Every time she talked to me, I felt the need to deploy my most colorfull feathers. Now, as I said, I'm not ok at all with the concept of "beauty", but with her, I feel like if I were made of flowers inside, spreading light and weird melodies to call her... I'm still ugly, but happines is made of something else...

There are only a few women at my school who listen to prog. 

This one girl listens to, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, and Jethro Tull. 

However, she is probably unaware these bands are considered prog, one art prog, one spce/psych prog, the other folk prog. 

Radiohead falls under moden rock and Till and Floyd can be easily considered classic rock.

The Point:

Women probably listen to prog but are simple unaware of it, as described above. 

Where's the girl who listens to Wobbler, Magma, Barclay James Harvest, Renaissance, Magic Pie, Riverside, Devin Townsend, Dredg, The Strawbs, Hawkwind and Zappa?

I listen to most of them, but dislike Barclay James Harvest (too schmaltzy) and Devin Towensend, who in my opinion is not prog at all (not even prog metal) and should be removed from the database

I'm not ugly, but I'm a bit weird. And actually I know a lot of female prog fans. And male prog fans too, it's like everyone I know likes prog. I have friends (actually mostly female) who listen to Pink Floyd, Porcupie Tree, Nightwish, Dream Theater, Opeth, Supertramp, Radiohead, etc. And actually most student at my school I know who aren't complete dorks or rap or country fans listen to some form of prog. I think that's great. And my best friend listens to all the same stuff I do. And she's not ugly either.
