Like I said before, good band but not prog.

The Prog Music lounge is only for discussion about artists listed in the archives. This will be moved v.shortly to the non prog lounge...

Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

I love The Cure.

I know what you mean asking if they are prog or
progrelated. There is sometimes a fine line between
music that is progressive and the various categories
of prog, as defined by this site. I guess "prog rock" is
one of the words that has different meanings in
diffent contexts, kind of like the word "alternative".

Anyway, I love The Cure. It seems I can't go too long
without putting on "Just Like Heaven" or "It's Friday,
I'm In Love". It's strange, I consider several of their
songs as better but I keep playing those two.
"they locked up a man who wanted to rule the world.
the fools
they locked up the wrong man."
- Leonard Cohen

The " Trilogy " :  Pornography, Disintergration, and Bloodflowers are one of the best " pop " albums in the world !! The rest of the Discography is not so good
