Update:
There has been some controversy over the omission of "Lock And Key" which did not feature on the VHS release of Show Of Hands but was included on the Laserdisc release. It is unfathomable as to why it has been omitted,so I include a link to it here. http://www.rushisaband.com/video.php?id=392
