I have just recently got into this band and i think they are really good. I would say in terms of sound they are somewhere between Circa Survive and The Mars Volta. Their 2005 debut "Facing New York" is quality stuff. Largely experimental/post rock/punk/emo/prog, they have enough variation, instrumental breaks, keyboards and odd times to keep a prog fan happy. Has anyone else heard this band? I think they are worthy of inclusion on this site.

From the few songs I've heard, I'd have to agree. I suggest people at least checking them out by checking them out on their myspace. They seem to mix a few styles: http://www.myspace.com/facingnewyork I won't give my actually opinion though until I own their cd, but they sound good. |
