It would probably be full of non-prog albums if you think about it. Mostly crap from the 1980's by prog bands that "sold out" or the portions of prog-related bands' careers that were not prog-related.

Databasically speaking, it doesn't sound impossible to me. You can probably take the code for the top prog albums and have the sort routine sort it from lowest to highest, maybe only allowing albums with over 10 ratings in the list.

I will admit that I find the IMDb bottom 100 interesting, but that's a different creature altogether.
