Does anyone out there have a handle on a couple of Swedish guys named Sylvan & Bonamici?

They were recommended to me as someone doing material similar to that of Wind & Wuthering era Genesis.

I'm not sure that they've ever actually released a CD, but I've managed to track down a link to an MP3 of one of their tracks, Quest For The Last Virtue. It's a 13 minute piece, and I think it's ptretty damn good stuff!! Clap  Apparently there are others out there.

If you Google for sylvan bonamici, then click on the link that takes you to a web forum called The Dividing Line, you'll find the mp3 in the 5th post. Unfortunately, many of the links that would help me to find out more about the band seem to be unavailable at this time.

Any more info, or suggestions on where I might find more material would be very helpful!

Hey!

Could one of the admins comment on why this was moved to the "Non-Prog" forum?Ermm

I usually try to be fairly careful about where I target posts. I thought that there might have been a chance that this would be moved to "Recommendations", as I'm trying to find out more about these guys, but I certainly didn't expect it to get moved here.

Sylvan & Bonamici are quite definitely in the symphonic prog camp. Placing this post in the "Non-Prog" forum is just wrong.

If its been moved here for some other reason, I'd be grateful if you could PM me to let me know.
