hey I listen to Watchtower, Cynic, Aghora, Atheist, Meshuggah and Death and I love that prog and/or jazz death or thrash style! Could I get some recommendations for more.

Pestilence and Nocturnus are good recommendations for what you are asking for. Pavor possibly as well.

Also if you don't know them, I'd check out Alchemist.

For thrash you might enjoy a band called Disillusion, which has a lot of death elements to it, and another band called Nevermore.
