Topic: Wolverine "Still" Posted: July 29 2006 at 13:03 |
SInce at the moment it's not possible for members to add new bands, I would suggest to some collaborator to check out and add Wolverine "Still" album.
They are swedish, this is their third full lenght release, and it is really AMAZING.
A label on the cover says that they are "progressive-metal for fans of Porcupine Tree, Opeth and Rush", but I think that it would be every band's wish to sound half as good as those three; anyway, the CD is great, there are no cookie monster vocals as for Opeth but the sound is very similar, with a touch of atmospherics a-la PT; I really can't hear the Rush affinities, unless you consider Rush-like anyone who can play their instrument really good, as Wolverine do.
The suggestions for all fans of said bands is to get this CD.

The Progressive Metal Team(which is composed of 6 Special Collaborators),have already discussed Wolverine for inclusion in the archives and they have been voted on and approved.
