Of course, Philippe has a right to his own opinion... However, he's got one fact wrong, Katatonia aren't influenced by Morbid Angel, they only listen to Third Ear Band exclusively.

But for him to call those who feel Katatonia to be prog "hypocrites" (though I'm not quite sure how they would be viewed as such) is perfectly fine?  Of course he's entitled to his views, I actually agree with him that they have nothing to do with prog, I just would rather he not be so condescending in how he states this.

Well... This decision seems pined down... I must say that The Great Cold Distance is by far my favorite of the band's.Clap  And I do think that if Anathema made it... Katatonia definitely should.
