I've known about this forum for quite some time, but somehow I never joined.

I love alot of music, there's really too much to name.

Ranges from Progressive rock, metal, hair metal, death metal, black metal, acoustic rock, country, blues, swing, jazz, world music, 'soundtrack' music, video game music, bluegrass, folk, celtic.

A whole bunch of stuff influences me.

But I can't stand this new age wave of crappy emo/hardcore/metalcore bands that have taken a sh*t all over the music scene. They have even gone as far as calling themselves 'experimental' because they can scream over playing random crap on the guitar. Oh well...
The summer had inhaled
And held its breath too long
The winter looked the same
As if it had never gone
And through an open window,
Where no curtain hung,
I saw you, I saw you
Coming back to me.

Hi!

don't worry, as long as Opeth, Dark Tranquillity and Iced Earth are around, won't take over! Sure there's more bands by volume, but as far as I'm concerned, we've got the hold on the metal market!
