I discovered prog music thanks to my brother, he gave me to listen the 2112 - rush album, since then (15 years ago) i still search, discover new musics and expand my mental horizons.

I basically inherited most of my musical tastes from my dad, who actually remembers the 70's.

He has an extensive LP collection, mostly of classical music, that i raided often when i myself was younger.

I rediscovered his prog records with my brother some seven years ago, we were quite intoxicated with the Concerto Grosso by the italian band New Trolls, then Pink Floyd, Yes, King Crimson and Chicago (maybe not progrock, but very rich rock nonetheless).  Since then i cant appreciate repetitive songs anymore and am constantly searching for music that can give me that sense of wonder again.

Which is why im here...
