There are a number of rumours circulating at the moment about Mark and his health, and just to put the record straight Mark has requested that the following statement be issued:

“Guys, as many of you know I was very ill a couple of years ago, sadly I require more surgery, nothing too scary but major surgery never the less.  The disease hasn’t come back I am pleased to say and it is only repair work that is required.  The intention was to tour the album to the end of this year, and that’s pretty much what we have done, I will be back in hospital between the RIFFS show and Christmas and intend to be fully back on my feet and ready to perform again by the end of January.  

Hope you can all make a show between now and then and let’s see you all at RIFFS for the last show of the tour, a Christmas extravaganza and to say au revoir before I go into hospital!”
