Here is a list of the top 10 bassist/vocalists
(Itīs not in English but you can see the pictures. Number one is on top, going down to number 10)
There are a few Prog Bass/vocalists too.

I would have put Glenn Hughes at no. 2. He's a better vocalist and bassist than McCartney but Paul has influence on his side, plus Paul's bass work is very underrated. I think he's the best bassist to use use a pick.

I would have put King's X frontman Doug Pinnick on this list. His basslines are inventive and his vocals are beautiful. He'd be in my top 3. However, I agree with the whole list, even Lemmy.
