i have just listened to a live recording from david bowie's “outside" tour
('95/'96) and i am just bowled over about what an innovative and original
guitar player reeves gabrels is.

he also played on the three TIN MACHINE albums in the late80s/early90s
and has been in bowie's band since, as i recall. hence – i'd like to use the
“polls“ function to gather some opinions and information on him ----

comparisons (cautiously) fripp, belew, (experimental) vai, wilson –
feel free to add or correct!
progressive rock and rural tranquility don't match. true or false?

As the artist in question is not included in our site's database, I'll have to move this poll to the Non-Prog Music section.

Tin machine is for me worst Bowie period.

Mike Ronson was much better on "Man who sold the world"

I like more Aladdin sane and Berlin trilogy (with Eno and Fripp)
