I have the original Atlantic release 7567-80273-2. I've moaned about this before but all they did was shrink down the outer cover of the original album booklet, so you get the first page of the story in a font so small you need a magnifying glass to read it and you get the lyrics to side two of the original album. Typical of the half-arsed attitude of major record companies.

Hello all! ..

I am looking to replace my vinyl copy of Olias with a cd. Shopping at Amazon.com (US), I notice there are two editions for sale. One is a domestic release on Wounded Bird (2006) and the other is an import on WEA INT'L (1998). Is there any significant differences between the two that I should be aware of? Remastering?... better artwork?, lyrics or no lyrics, etc. I suppose sound quality is the most important of these, but I like nice big fat booklets with my CD's too!

Any one have any input on this before I make a purchase?

Thanks in advance! .......... Walker
