Help please - Song featured in Xfiles

Hi Folks

First post here and I'm looking for some help.

I'm a big fan of early 1970s prog music and in the X-Files episode "Conduit" there is a great rock song which is in the background while Mulder and Scully are in the Rock/bikers Bar.

Does anyone know who is singing the track and what is called.

Its a tough one but hopefully someone out there will know it
