I believe it should have a separate entry. And it's from 2004 not 2003. Any other opinions?

In the package is specified to be the new version of the DVD (with the bonus feature) to that I do reference and is of 2003.

This looks like one of those re-releases with that carry a different title, probably for a different market? Apart from the bonus tracks, the tracklisting I found on the Virgin web site is identical (http://www.virginmegastores.co.uk/productdetails.jsf?code=596973)

If this is a re-release with bonus tracks, the two can be combined in one entry (similar treatment as a remaster) - otherwise it's a separate entry. If the source material is different (which I doubt, why would the tracks be the same in that case) the 2004 release is a separate entry.

I repeat in the package It is specified to be a reissue of the DVD in matter. 
 
And, always in the package, the year of production specified is the 2003 and not 2004.
 
For this motive is clear to treat of the same DVD
